NH Alcorcón Located in a shopping area near the highway A5. It is one metro station from our university campus.

Atocha train station area

NH Sur This hotel is very close to the Atocha train station, near to the Prado Musseum, the Thyssen Collection and the Centro Reina Sofía, and close to the Retiro Park.

NH Nacional Near NH Sur. A bit better and a bit expensive as well.

 

From the airport, travelling by taxi:  

The distance from Madrid Barajas airport to the University is about 35 km on the M-40 and A-5 motorways. In fluent traffic condition, the trip takes 30-40 minutes and costs approximately 40 Euros.

From any point in Madrid, travelling by metro:

The university has its own metro stop (called Universidad Rey Juan Carlos) on line 12 (this line is frequently referred to as "metrosur").

Access by car, travelling on the the A-5 Motorway outbound:

• At exit 14, switch to the service lane (direction Móstoles, Villaviciosa M-506, Fuenlabrada, M50)
• Leave the service lane at exit 18 (direction Móstoles, Centro de exámenes de la D.G.T.) and follow the signs to Universidad Rey Juan Carlos

From NH Alcorcón, travelling by metro:

Don't confuse the campus near to the hotel (Campus de Alcorcón) with the Móstoles one. Take the metro at Parque Oeste station to Universidad Rey Juan Carlos station (the next one)

From the Atocha Area , travelling by train:

From Atocha Area in downtown Madrid the Campus de Móstoles is reached by the C-5 local train line (Cercanías) of RENFE. Go right to the end of the line, station Móstoles-El Soto. There are local trains every 3 to 15 minutes. From the centre of Madrid it takes some 30 minutes to reach  Móstoles-El Soto.
